Sample Summer Schedule and Coinciding Objectives

9:00am – 9:15am Greetings

Objective 1: Student will independently greet a peer on 90% of opportunities.

Objective 2: Student will independently make eye contact while greeting a peer on 90% of opportunities.

9:15am – 9:45am Pretend Play Centers (Dress up, playdoh, castle, house, etc.)

            Objective 1: Student will independently enter on-going play with a peer on 90% of opportunities

            Objective 2: Student will independently ask another peer to play on 90% of opportunities

9:45am – 10:15am Arts & Crafts Activity

Objective 1: Student will independently follow 2-step

directives with 90% accuracy.

Objective 2: Student will independently ask a peer for help if the direction was missed on 90% of opportunities.

10:15am -10:45am Snack and Free Choice              

Objective 1: Student will independently initiate a conversation with a peer on 90% of opportunities

Objective 2: Student will independently make eye contact during the conversation with a peer on 90% of opportunities

10:45am  - 11:15am Small Group Social Skills Lesson (Labeling Emotions, facial expressions, tone of voice, etc.)

Objective 1: Student will independently label the 5 basic emotions when looking at facial expressions with 100% accuracy.

Objective 2: Student will independently label the 5 basic emotions when listening to a tone of voice with 100% accuracy.

11:15am – 11:45am Large Group Activity (Soccer)

Objective 1: Student will participate in a larger group activity with decrease prompts.

11:45am – 12:15pm Lunch

 Objective 1: Student will independently initiate a conversation with a peer on 90% of opportunities

Objective 2: Student will independently make eye contact during the conversation with a peer on 90% of opportunities

12:15pm - 12:30pm Playground Time

Objective 1: Student will play with a peer on the

 playground with decreasing prompts and increasing

durations

12:30pm – 2pm Swimming
